Hi! My name is Lisa and I am the Director of Wiseways Childcare Centre. I have worked as an educator at Wiseways since 2011.
I was born in South Africa and moved to Victoria when I was 6 years old and have lived here ever since. My husband, Terry, is an Electrician in the Navy and we have two children; Isla who attended Wiseways, and William who currently attends Wiseways. He loves to explore and play with his sister. We love to go for walks, swim, bake, play music, sing, and dance together. We are also very involved at our church, The Table, on the Saanich Peninsula.
I originally went to school for Marketing and worked in Sales & Marketing and as a Wedding & Event Coordinator for 10 years. I had always been involved with summer camps and out of school care and decided working with kids was much more fun, so I decided to get my ECE. I am so happy to be able to bring my background in business together with my love of Early Learning in my role as Director.
