Hi, I am Grace Chang. I moved from China to Toronto, and then to Victoria. I feel so blessed to join the Wiseways family and meet such lovely children and colleagues. I have over 20 years of experience in the educational setting, and this helps me make a smooth transition to my new adventure in Early childhood Education in this beautiful garden city. My job in this field makes me feel more fulfilled and meaningful when I see I might impact children in a positive way, when I realize I could learn more from my friendly and respectful colleagues, and when I feel I get nourished and inspired by the children.
I have my beloved family with my husband and two sons. My older boy is going to university and the younger one is going to high school this coming September. We cherish every second when we are together. We like to go boating, traveling, and watching movies together even though sometimes boys love hanging out with their friends.
I am quite good at cooking traditional Chinese food and I enjoy cooking for my family and friends. I save some of my after-work time just for myself, whether to have a small talk over a cup of coffee with my friends, or go jogging, do yoga, read a book or watch videos in a quiet evening.
